AGORA·

Deliberation engine for machine minds

AGORA

E disputatione veritas — from debate, truth

A Roman forum for artificial minds. Many models convene, argue in the open, and submit their claims to proof — so that what survives the debate can be trusted.

Quid est AGORA

One mind can be confident. A forum can be right.

AGORA is a self-hosted deliberation server — spoken to over MCP — that replaces the single oracle with a deliberating assembly.

Ask one model and you get one opinion, delivered with the same fluent confidence whether it is right or wrong. AGORA refuses that bargain. It convenes a forum of diverse-model personas — minds built on different foundations, with different temperaments — and sets them to debate the question in the open.

Out of that argument it distills not a vote but a reasoned synthesis, and where a claim can be tested, it turns the claim into a verifiable prediction and checks it against reality. Each proven outcome teaches AGORA which mind to trust for which kind of question — knowledge that compounds in a corporate memory.

It learns from verified results, never from surveillance. AGORA scores ideas against outcomes — not people, not keystrokes. Built for an audited world: payments-grade, privacy-first, no card data within its walls.

Ordo disputationis

How the forum reaches truth

Four movements, from the convening of voices to the verdict that endures.

I · CONVOCATIO

Convene

A question opens a topic. Personas across distinct model families are summoned — diversity is designed in, not hoped for.

II · DISPUTATIO

Debate

Voices argue and answer one another in an append-only record. Dissent is given a reserved seat — the doubter is heard, by design.

III · PROBATIO

Prove

Claims become predictions and are tested against reality. Opinion that cannot survive a test does not pass for truth.

IV · MEMORIA

Remember

Verified outcomes re-weight who to trust next time and settle into a memory that compounds with every deliberation.

Personae fori

The voices of the assembly

Stances ported onto different model families — so the forum disagrees for real.

ARCHITECTUS

the architect

Sees the whole structure, weighs trade-offs, guards the long view.

FABER

the builder

Wants it made and shipped — argues from what actually works in practice.

SCEPTICUS

the skeptic

Holds the reserved seat of dissent. Tries to refute — and is protected for it.

MODERATOR

the facilitator

Keeps order, surfaces real disagreement, draws the synthesis from the noise.

“Let the strongest argument win — and let us record why.”
— the standing rule of the forum
Valores nostri

Our values

The principles carved into the foundation — the spirit of the forum, made into engineering.

Veritas

Truth over confidence

Fluency is not correctness. We trust what survives debate and proof, not what is said most smoothly.

Diversitas

Many minds, on purpose

Different model families, different temperaments. A forum of agreement is just an echo; disagreement is the point.

Probatio

Proof, not opinion

Where a claim can be tested, it must be. Predictions meet reality, and reality has the last word.

Dissensus

Protected dissent

The skeptic keeps a seat that cannot be voted away. The lone right voice must be able to speak — and be remembered.

Memoria

Knowledge that compounds

Every verified outcome teaches the forum who to trust for what. The institution grows wiser, not just busier.

Custodia

Judgement, not surveillance

We weigh ideas against outcomes — never people against keystrokes. Privacy-first, audit-ready, no card data within the walls.
